These terms govern your use of Evolve OS ("the Service"), operated by Evolve Holdings Group Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use Evolve OS for your business's internal operations, in accordance with these terms. Access is invite-only and provisioned by an administrator; you must not share your access or attempt to access data belonging to a company you are not a member of.
You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, company workspace, or system; (b) reverse-engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service; (c) upload unlawful content or use the Service to breach any law; or (d) interfere with the Service's operation or security.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter and the data in the accounts you connect. When you connect a provider (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Shopify), you authorise Evolve OS to access that data on a read-only basis to display it in your workspace. You can disconnect any provider at any time in Settings. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for ensuring you have the right to connect any account you connect.
We process personal and business data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Evolve OS is a business-operations tool; the figures and analysis it presents are for management information only and do not constitute accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Always verify with a qualified professional before making decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your licence ends; provisions that by their nature should survive (including sections 3, 5, 6 and 8) will continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the courts of Scotland have exclusive jurisdiction, save that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.
